Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships with tracking information so you can follow along.
  

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days
• Please note that shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Issues

• If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or building management first, as carriers sometimes leave packages in safe locations. If you still can't locate your order after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help investigate.
• We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
  

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

• We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, please allow additional time for delivery as these shipments can take longer to reach their destination.
